Through cultivating abilities outside traditional academic settings, we aim to create a professional atmosphere that empowers students in their educational pursuits.

Coen Adler, President
Hello, I am Coen Adler from ACM club and I am the President of ACM. I am a second year student who is in the graduating class of 2024 (yes kinda confusing). I really enjoy all things computers from how they are built to the actual coding of the software. However, I am most interested in Machine Learning.
Rujuta Swadi, Secretary
Hi! My name is Rujuta and I’m a second year Computer Science major. I joined ACM because I found the workshops to be really informative and the community to be welcoming and supportive. I'm excited to continue learning and exploring with everyone.
Harish Prabhakaran, Instructional Lead
Hey everyone! My name is Harish and I'm the Instructional Lead for ACM this year! I'm currently a proposed Computer Engineering student and some things I like to do outside of academia are PC gaming, hiking across campus and spending time in coffee shops downtown. I'm really excited to meet you all and create a supporting community so we can all excel together in our CS endeavors!

Hi everyone! My name is Namrata and I’m the Hackathon Coordinator Lead for ACM. I’m a first year and majoring in Computer Science. Outside of school I like to watch TV shows, dance, and write. I’m really excited to meet you all and work together to learn and develop new things!
Arnav Kartikeya, Research Lab Lead
Hi, I'm Arnav Kartikeya, I'm a first-year Computer Science major and I'll be leading the ACM student research lab next quarter. My main interests in Computer Science are in Artificial Intelligence (Generative and Explainable specifically) and competitive programming. Looking forward to working with everyone at ACM in developing awesome and cutting-edge projects!
Elton Zeng, Instructor Officer
I am a Computer Science: Game Design major that likes to play video games and look at pc builds during my spare time. I like to be able to learn anything about computer science and as a result, I am excited in being able to be part of the instruction team and be able to work on presentations for the club meeting.

Hey everyone! My name is Nick and I'm a second year CS major at UCSC, and also your treasurer. This is my second year with ACM, and I'm hoping to get familiar with the ins and outs around the industry, as well as learn insightful technical skills/projects that can enhance my resume and improve me as a computer scientist. I look forward to hosting some fundraisers for the club and getting to know everyone throughout the quarter!

Hey! I’m Amisha and I’m an Instruction Coordinator for the ACM club here at UCSC. I’m a first-year proposed Computer Science B.S. major and am interested in natural language processing. ACM has been a great learning opportunity for me and I’m so excited to be on the leader board! Outside of school I enjoy reading, baking, and going on walks with friends. Hi, my name is Austin Wang and I am the hackathon coordinator for ACM. I am a first year computer science major and I hope to explore all areas of CS. In my spare time I enjoy swimming, playing water polo, and playing video games.

Hi! I'm Lino Le Van, a first year Computer Science major and I am a hackathon organizer. I have experience in everything web and built the current acmhacks website. Outside of ACM, I enjoy contributing to the Deno project, going on walks by the beach, and playing card games. See you around!
Russel Elliot, Hackathon Officer
Hi. I’m Russell Elliott, a third-year computer science student. I have experience in web development in the React and Angular frameworks, and the Wordpress and Webflow site builders, hybrid mobile app development with the Ionic framework, and iOS app development with Swift. I’ve been with ACM for a year and I appreciate the club as a resource for students interested in tech to collaborate and learn with each other. I am currently the Social Media Manager, and I hope this position, as well as the events I will advertise, will serve as an opportunity for raising conversations with other students interested in tech about our interests and aspirations as well as the resources to get there. Besides programming, I enjoy playing chess and going on walks, runs, and bike rides.
Kevin Bachelor, Research Lab Officer
I'm Kevin and I'm a 2nd year Comp Sci major at UCSC. I'm helping lead the ACM Research lab during the current and upcoming quarters. I have also done divExplorer research with Professor de Alfaro, and I'm currently doing Molecular Dynamics research with Professor Marinescu. I am an officer in the SCAI club and lead the SCAI is no limit competitions. I'm also currently interning for an AR powered board game startup called BoostedReality. Apart from CS, I also do acting, and I'm taking a theater minor, and was recently in UCSC's production of Eurydice!
